Hello friends,
In Japan money is the traditional gift for wedding ceremonies. We realize that in America money at weddings is often considered taboo, but the best gift we can get at this point is help starting off our life together debt-free.
The Japanese tradition also recognizes that odd numbers cannot be evenly split in the same way that a loving couple cannot be split, thus we are asking for donations in odd numbers.
Thank you so much for your support and understanding.
With this concept in mind, we have started a Honeyfund.

Honeyfund is a way that we hope can allow us to work toward becoming debt-free. Because we don’t know how long we will be in Southern California, we are opting not to buy many traditional household goods and appliances.
If you feel uncomfortable using Honeyfund, we completely understand. Please do not feel any obligation, your presence is more than enough!
